From the first phone call I was impressed with Kylie's attitude, flexibility and local knowledge. I quickly decided not to proceed with other sales agents I had contacted. 

Kylie was excellent at communicating, was unfailingly positive, honest, patient and professional in her interaction. She was energetic and generous with her time and knowledge of resources . I was having to prepare my mothers house for sale from a distance and she helped source and coordinate the services I needed to do that. There were a number of unforeseen difficulties with the condition of the house but she helped to pave the way for the buyers to see past these and secure the prompt sale we needed. I would happily work with Kylie again and recommend her services to others.
